Three stars because these are good for basic coloring considering their price, but I don't consider them artist quality. They are a softer core pencil than the most popular low end pencil, which is really good. Blending takes quite a bit of work, though. White doesn't crosshatch like the more expensive brands, but considering the price, I wouldn't expect the same blending that high end pencils produce.
I would consider the pencils a good fit for children, not for adult coloring.
While blending the yellow rose, you can see that I had to use a lot of pressure, it actually wrinkled the paper. The lines are hard to blend out. They just take more time to work with.
